What are your business hours?

Our normal business hours are: Business Office/Shipping Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm EST. We have a limited staff available on Saturdays from 7:00am to 10:00am for Machine Sales, Trouble Shooting, Parts Ordering, and Service. We will be closed for normal U.S. holidays.

Does Burr Oak Tool have any Machine Troubleshooting Guides available via the Internet?

We have Troubleshooting guides located on the Technical Guides page. If you need to troubleshoot something that is not on one of those guides or need more specific help for your machine, you can send an email to: service@burroak.com. Make sure you include your name, company name, a contact phone number, and your machine model and serial number. A qualified service technician will respond within 24 hours of your request.

How do I check the status of my Machine Order / Parts Order?

Machine Order: Contact your normal representative in the sales department, through FAX, e-mail, or telephone. If your contact person is not available when you call, your inquiry can be directed to an alternate salesperson.

Replacement Parts Order: Contact us by calling (269-651-9393 ) or e-mailing oakparts@burroak.com and we will be very happy to answer your questions.

Does Burr Oak Tool have every part for every machine in stock for immediate shipment?

Most electrical and hydraulic components and perishable tooling items are in stock and available for immediate delivery. Some other parts are custom designed to your machine specifications and will have to be manufactured. This shipment schedule will be based on the complexity of the component and availability of manufacturing time. Our replacement parts department will work with your schedule to provide the items as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Why should I send requests for Urgent Next Day Part Orders by Email instead of by Telefax?

Your email requests, when addressed to oakparts@burroak.com, go directly to the parts department staff. These emails are processed directly by our qualified staff immediately and efficiently.

Why do I need to provide my Machine's Serial number when I call for Replacement Parts?

Burr Oak Tool has been manufacturing custom machinery for the air conditioning industry for over 40 years. As each machine has evolved in that time frame, components may have been updated, replaced, and/or modified. The serial number of your machine provides us with the exact parts list developed for that particular unit insuring the supply of the correct component.

How late in the day can I place a Parts Order and still have it Next Day?

Normal shipping by UPS for Next Day delivery should be placed before 1:00 PM ET. Normal shipping for FedEx Next Day deliveries should be placed before 2:00pm EST. Late afternoon shipments can be sent Next Day only by FedEx and may have a $25 expediting fee for taking the package to a PostNet facility that has a later pick-up schedule. This expedited shipment has a cut-off time of 3:30pm EST. A $150 expedite fee may apply if your package is taken to a FedEx hub by our staff. This cut-off time is approximately 4:00pm to 4:30pm EST and is subject to available staff. This applies only to domestic shipments. Overseas shipments that need to ship immediately should be placed before 12:00pm EST. All of the above applies only to "in stock" parts.
