Rotary Size and Ring Machine

Burr Oak Tool Inc. manufactures several types of return bend processing machines to suit your specific production requirements, including the Sizing and Ring Machine, Ring Machine, Sizing Machine, Rotary Sizing and Ring Machine, and Return Bend Cleaning System. This equipment can be used separately or, by incorporating conveyors, place in a continuous return bend production line.

The Rotary Size and Ring Machine is required when the leg ends of the return bend need to be reduced or expanded prior to assembling the solder ring. This hydraulic powered machine has an eight station rotary table that allows for the addition of an extra leg end forming station. Additional stations can be added for specific customer requirements. Electrical and pneumatic connections are also required. The Ring Detector System option can be added to the machine to stop the machine in the event that rings are not on the bends.
