Tube Cutoff Overview
Burr Oak Tool Inc. produces 3 types of cutoff machines. Two that process coil and straight tubing, while the third processes coiled multivoid (micro channel) tubing. We offer all cutoff styles in single or double configurations and with end-forming capabilities.
The tube straightening and cutoff lines process tubing from .062 inch O.D. to 1 1/8 inch O.D. in the M5 version or 1 3/4 inch O.D. in the M6 version and up to .125 inch wall thickness. Copper, aluminum, brass, steel, or stainless steel can be processed very easily. The straight tube cutoff machines are available in both single or double designs.
The Burr Oak Tool's Multivoid Cutoff Machine (M7) is designed to produce straight, cut-to-length pieces of aluminum multivoid (micro channel) flat tubing from coil stock. A variety of options are available to customize this aluminum tube cutoff machine to your production requirements. The straight tube cutoff machine is available in either single or double designs.
