As parts of it's continuing Innovation Series, Burr Oak Tool Inc. is pleased to announce new service programs for fin die rebuilds that will reduce your down time and increase your production time.

Our new Hairpin Length Gauge is a fixture designed to accurately measure any length hairpin from 6" to 168". Data Sure Software allows measurements to be taken and wirelessly transferred directly to a computer up to 25M away. The data can be exported in multiple file formats.

Our new Coil Lifting Mechanism takes the load off material handlers when expanding coils. Ergonomics and safety come first, and this new innovation also helps keep coils undamaged while loading and unloading.

This recent design innovation allows the slit selector plate for a fin die to be correctly positioned by one person from either side of the press using a locating lever and hydraulically powered clamps.

The M4 ulitizes a touch screen control to make bend angle changes in less than 15 seconds.

This recent design improvement uses two rare-earth magnets to enhance cutter blade performance. Increased flexibility reduces breakage and extends cutter blade life.
