Burr Oak Tool Inc. Announces New Option for Hairpin Bender Machines

Burr Oak Tool Inc. is pleased to announce the introduction of a new option for our hairpin bender machines. The Bottom Entry Guide Assemblies option has been designed in an effort to help the uncoiling process operate more smoothly. We have designed guides that are simplistic in nature and driven by their own weight. The leading edge of each guide acts as a wedge to separate the layers of copper tubing, hindering snags, and reducing the number of scrapped parts. These guides are easily installed by lacing the tubing through the guide before it enters the Over-Head Spiral Uncoiler (OHSU).

The installation is simple:

1. Remove the current tubing from the OHSU.
2. Take the beginning length of tubing and lace it through the Bottom Entry Guide.
3. Once that is complete, now the tubing can be re-laced throught the OHSU and machine as required.
