Fin Lines - Burr Oak Tool Inc. manufactures three sizes of fin lines for your production needs. Our product range allows us to provide the perfect fin making system for the largest mass production coil manufacturers or the smallest specialty coil shops. In addition to these presses, Burr Oak Tool can also provide larger tonnage systems for producing steel fins or other industrial heat transfer applications; however, for special projects such as these, you will need to contact a sales representative for product specifications.
Fin Dies - Burr Oak Tool Inc. has been the industry leader in designing and building fin dies since the early 1960s. Our engineers will work closely with you to design and build your fin die to meet your specific heat transfer requirement. The dies can also be equipped with rapid die change options to provide more flexible and accurate production capabilities.
Expanders - Burr Oak Tool Inc. has a wide variety of expanders to meet your production needs. Oak Expanders come in all sizes, from single tube expanders to large horizontal expanders for your largest coils. We offer many options to customize your expander to your specific production requirements.
Tube Cutoff Machines - Burr Oak Tool Inc. produces three types of cutoff machines – two process coil and straight tubing, while the third processes coiled multivoid (micro channel) tubing. We offer all cutoff styles in single or double configurations and with end-forming capabilities. In addition, there are a number of options available to customize your cutoff machine to your specific application.
Tube Bending/Processing Machines - Burr Oak Tool Inc. produces several different types of tube bending machines to suit your specific manufacturing requirements, including the Vertical Bend Hairpin Bender; Return Bender; Return, Elbow, Crossover Bender; and Return Elbow Bender. These machines are highly efficient in the production of various lengths and sizes of bent tubing. They generally consist of three sections: the Bender, Coil Feeder and Cutoff, and the Coil Stand. In the basic operation, level wound coils of tubing are fed through straightening rolls, cut to proper length, and then bent to varying degrees to produce the desired bend. Copper, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Titanium can all be formed with these machines. Burr Oak Tool Inc. manufactures several types of Return Bend Processing machines to suit your specific production requirements, including the Sizing and Ring Machine, Ring Machine, Sizing Machine, Rotary Sizing and Ring Machine, and Return Bend Cleaning System. This equipment can be used separately, or by incorporating conveyors, placed in a continuous return bend production line.
Coilforms - Our coilform machines produce high-quality bends in coils. Recent innovations have provided the ability to make bends that were previously impossible using very low-strength, enhanced fin designs. These machines will form single row coils or multiple single-row coils joined at one end.
