Return Bend Cleaning Unit

Burr Oak Tool Inc. manufactures several types of return bend processing machines to suit your specific production requirements, including the Sizing and Ring Machine, Ring Machine, Sizing Machine, Rotary Sizing and Ring Machine, and Return Bend Cleaning System. This equipment can be used separately or, by incorporating conveyors, place in a continuous return bend production line.

The Return Bend Cleaning Unit Machine is designed to automatically clean, degrease, deburr, and dry return bends. Return bends are loaded into a bulk storage hopper and then, through PLC controls, released to the washing/deburring bowl portion of the machine. An aqueous solution cleans the return bends and the steel media helps to remove any excess saw burr. The controller releases the return bends to a dryer bowl where they are mechanically orientated to remove debris that may be trapped inside the bend. Electrical, pneumatic, and water connections are necessary. Various filtration systems for the outgoing effluent are available. For specific machine options please use the ‘view pdf’ button below.
