Round Tube Cutoff Machine

Burr Oak Tool Inc. produces 3 types of cutoff machines. Two that process coil and straight tubing, while the third processes coiled multivoid (micro channel) tubing. We offer all cutoff styles in single or double configurations and with end-forming capabilities.

The round tube straightening and cutoff lines process tubing from .062 inch O.D. to 1 1/8 inch O.D. for M5, 1 3/4 inch O.D. for M6, and up to .125 inch wall thickness. Copper, aluminum, brass, steel, or stainless steel can be processed very easily. A typical cutoff line consists of a coil reel stand, two-plane tube straightener, hitch feed unit, cutoff unit, and tube runout table.
