Size and Ring Machine

Burr Oak Tool Inc. manufactures several types of return bend processing machines to suit your specific production requirements, including the Sizing and Ring Machine, Ring Machine, Sizing Machine, Rotary Sizing and Ring Machine, and Return Bend Cleaning System. This equipment can be used separately or, by incorporating conveyors, place in a continuous return bend production line.

The Size and Ring Machine is designed to size the return bend leg ends and then assemble a solder ring onto each leg. The Size and Ring Machine is a mechanical mechanism driven by a variable speed drive with gravity feed of bends and solder rings from rotary hoppers. The Size and Ring Machine has four basic stations, load, size, ring, and eject. Each of these functions are performed during each cycle of the machine. Electrical and pneumatic connections are required. Chromed Hoppers are supplied with the machine to reduce cast iron dust on bends. For specific machine options please use the ‘view pdf’ button below.
