July 10th through 14th, 2016, Burr OAK Tool attended the 23rd International Compressor Engineering Conference, the 16th International Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Conference, and the 4th International High Performance Buildings Conference at Purdue University's Ray W. Herrick Laboratories.

Roger Tetzloff, Innovations Manager for Burr OAK Tool, was in attendance during the presentation of OAK's joint whitepaper with Optimized Thermal Systems (OTS), "An Evaluation of a Pressure Expansion Method for the Manufacturing of Copper Tube Heat Exchangers" as a part of the Heat Exchanger Design, Manufacturing, and Operational Impacts session held on Wednesday, July 13th. This was the first time OAK's research was presented at this conference, which has continued to serve as a setting for the exchange of ideas, information, and cutting-edge research related to refrigeration technology, compressors, and high-performance buildings since 1972.
